Why is INVO Coconut Water better than the other Coconut Waters I could buy?

INVO Coconut Water is wholly bottled fresh at source in Thailand where we believe the best tasting coconuts are grown. INVO Coconut Water is never made from concentrate, it is never frozen, it is never flash pasteurised and just like Mother Nature herself, we never take short cuts. Our unique High Pressure Process ensures we capture and retain all the natural ‘fresh taste’, goodness and nutrition for you to enjoy.

What is High Pressure Processing (HPP)?

High pressure processing (HPP) is a way to extend the refrigerated shelf life of foods without heat. Most packaged coconut water is heat pasteurised in order to reduce cost and allow non-refrigerated storage and transportation. Sadly, this also means that the taste, color, aroma and nutrition of thermally processed coconut water is adversely affected during the heat pasteurisation process and continues to decline across the entire shelf life of the finished product.

Why is Coconut Water made from Fresh Coconuts better than one made from Concentrate?

Fresh coconut water has better flavour and more nutrients because it was not heated in the concentration process which removes and distorts delicate flavours, nutrients and essences.

Why is INVO Coconut Water made in Thailand?

We bottle INVO Coconut Water in Thailand because we believe it is where the best tasting coconuts are grown. Using the best raw material is the only way to deliver the best tasting juice.

What are the risks of consuming INVO Coconut Water after its “best before date”?

Our “best before date” has been set to consistently deliver optimum quality. Beyond the “best before date” quality may decline below levels that meet our stringent criteria.
